The Kaustinen Folk Music Festival is the largest folk music festival in the Nordic countries, hosting more than 3,000 artists and around 30,000 visitors over a seven day period. Established in 1968, the annual festival features local artists, and an array of international musicians and dancers on 27 stages throughout the event, in the cozy rural surroundings of Kaustinen.
