Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to support our all-star senior accounts team in the day-to-day coordination of a range of branding and design projects. This role will help manage the flawless execution of all work within the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily account support to senior accounts team
- Conduct internal project traffic management with all departments
- Deliver an exceptional level of attention to detail, including proofing and crafting quality written correspondence
- Prepare account service-related documents, such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, and other client communication
- Participate in and document discussions during client meetings with detailed notes and action items
- Create project timelines
- Be a positive, highly motivated self-starter with a willingness to do anything and everything to deliver amazing client service
- Understand client needs, their industries, branding, competitive positioning, and key goals
- Support the creation of key client deliverables, including strategy, secondary research, planning, design, and presentations
- Coordinate vendor communication, quote review, and follow-up
- Remain up-to-date with print, digital, and social best practices

- Identify opportunities for internal collaboration and knowledge sharing across accounts

- 0-2+ years of experience at a digital, marketing, or advertising agency a plus
