Job Description

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to support our all-star senior accounts team in the day-to-day coordination of a range of branding and design projects. This role will help manage the flawless execution of all work within the agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily account support to senior accounts team
  • Conduct internal project traffic management with all departments
  • Deliver an exceptional level of attention to detail, including proofing and crafting quality written correspondence
  • Prepare account service-related documents, such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, and other client communication
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings with detailed notes and action items
  • Create project timelines
  • Be a positive, highly motivated self-starter with a willingness to do anything and everything to deliver amazing client service
  • Understand client needs, their industries, branding, competitive positioning, and key goals
  • Support the creation of key client deliverables, including strategy, secondary research, planning, design, and presentations
  • Coordinate vendor communication, quote review, and follow-up
  • Remain up-to-date with print, digital, and social best practices
  • Remain up-to-date with print, digital, and social best practices
  • Identify opportunities for internal collaboration and knowledge sharing across accounts
