Moxie Sozo is a world-class branding agency located in Boulder, Colorado with accounts ranging from energetic start-ups to international established brands. Clients hire us to pursue unconventional ideas and to push the creative boundaries beyond the traditional norms. We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager to promote Moxie Sozo across all relevant social channels in concert with both internal and external initiatives designed to increase our awareness and identity as an expert branding agency.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and evolve Moxie Sozo’s tone of voice and online persona
  • Work with VP of Business Development & Marketing to formalize social media strategy in conjunction with lead generation objectives and campaigns
  • Use social media management tools to create and maintain our virtual presence
  • Continuously engage with people on all social media channels
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our social media posts and campaigns for continued optimization
  • Set KPIs for Moxie Sozo’s social media growth and engagement
  • Stay current with social media algorithms and trends
  • Explore new channels that will extend Moxie Sozo’s reach
  • Coordinate social media efforts with other paid media initiatives to ensure optimized exposure
  • Take risks

Required Skill

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Cursory design competency within relevant software applications (e.g. adobe products)
  • Creativity – aesthetics and storytelling
  • Technology – social media management platform(s) and other basic productivity tools
  • Time management – every channel and every campaign will require a unique approach, so managing effort and time is imperative to success in this position
  • Ability to understand analytics related to social media and ultimately web traffic associated with our social endeavors
