Website Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Website Project Manager to partner with our interactive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and resources for multiple website projects
• Be the key liaison between the interactive team (frontend and backend developers, UI/UX designers, interactive director, etc.) and the account service team
• Interface with account service team members who are the primary contacts for clients and also attend regular project-related client meetings
• Partner with client services, creative, and interactive teams to orchestrate website designs and solutions that demonstrate a solid grasp of the client’s needs, industry, brand, and key project goals
• Engage with senior personnel to discuss the strategic goals of accounts for ongoing and future website projects
• Provide excellent technical presentation and communication skills; be comfortable explaining them to the internal team and clients
• Work with the Interactive Director to help lead website projects from planning stage to launch and beyond
• Meet with internal teams on a daily basis
• Collaborate with Interactive Leadership to prioritize design and development tasks
• Assign and manage day to day tasks for development team
• Help identify and solve challenges during website project development
• Understand and identify any any issues with accessibility and device responsiveness issues during design and development
• Assist clients with content entry and management
• Perform and facilitate quality assurance testing on a full set of deliverables
• Deliver effective, creative, strategically-grounded websites that address defined client goals and objectives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent time and resource management
• Production of small to large scale websites from start to finish
• Ability to identify and define website requirements
• Understanding of digital marketing and website terminology and tactics
• Experience managing a site launch with Shopify, WordPress or other industry standard CMS systems
• Experience conducting comprehensive quality assurance testing on design and development deliverables
• Experience working with an in-house development team and contractors

• Deliver solid skills in project management, organization, and prioritization of tasks; PM certification a plus but not required
• Ability to be nimble and resourceful, work under tight deadlines and respond to shifting priorities across multiple client accounts
• Ability to build and nurture strong working relationships
• Ability to translate complex concepts and processes in an easily understood way
• Adept at using modern project management and communication tools such as Basecamp, ClickUp, Slack and agile planning tools
• Understand specifics of website project builds from technology to content management systems
 (i.e., Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Naturally curious; fascination with learning and applying creative and critical thinking to challenge

Salary: $55-$75K based on experience
